Founder of ArcAngel Technologies, INC. Formerly he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the X-Change Corporation, a fully reporting public company, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, a fully reporting public company, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, AirGATE Technologies, Inc.

He has over forty years of experience in the computer, electronics and telecommunications industry. He is an inventor, patent holder and serial entrepreneur. Before he founded AirGATE in 2001, Mr. Sheriff had previously been the founder of several companies, including Net Access Exchange, Inc., dba YPAY, an Internet media network that provided advertisers with a unique and compelling value proposition through use of broadband-like rich media.

Babak Fahimi
Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Babak Fahimi has received his Ph.D in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University in 1999. During 1999-2002 he was a research scientist at Electrostandards laboratories Inc. in Cranston, RI. Dr. Fahimi was with the department of electrical and computer engineering at University of Missouri-Rolla during 2002-2004 as an assistant Professor. He is the recipient of Richard M. Bass young power electronics investigator award from IEEE power electronics society in 2003, the Office of Naval Research young investigator award in 2004, and German academic exchange international fellowship in 1993-1995. He has authored over 80 technical papers, several book chapters including a chapter in the John Weily Encyclopedia on electrical and electronics engineering. Terry Roberts
Senior Vice President Engineering

Co-founder of ArcAngel Technologies, Inc. He is responsible for development and testing of automotive conversion product along with other company’s leading edge technologies. Prior to joining ArcAngel Technologies, Mr. Roberts was the Chief Information Officer for AirGATE Technologies, where he developed numerous RFID products including a down hole oil exploration tool that utilizes radar over fiber optics to map fractures that contains gas or oil. Mr. Roberts has more than 25 years in engineering, developing and distributing complex technologies to business and government. Mr. Roberts holds a BSEE in Electronic Engineering from University of Massachusetts.
Frank Kwong
Vice President, Technology

Frank is a professional engineer with extensive automotive experience. Mr. Kwong worked with Mike Sheriff at AirGATE Technologies and developed the patented GenuDot™ Product Authentication System based on Hitachi’s RFID mu-chip. During his employment at General Motors as staff engineer, Body Department manager and Intranet IT manager, Frank has domestic and international experience. Frank retired from General Motors in and found ASP-db™ producing web based database software winning best database product of the year in 1987 and 1988.
