Michael Sheriff

Founder of ArcAngel Technologies, INC. Formerly he was Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of the X-Change Corporation, a fully reporting public company, and its wholly-owned subsidiary,
a fully reporting public company, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, AirGATE Technologies,
Inc.
He has over forty years of experience in the computer, electronics and telecommunications
industry. He is an inventor, patent holder and serial entrepreneur. Before he founded
AirGATE in 2001, Mr. Sheriff had previously been the founder of several companies,
including Net Access Exchange, Inc., dba YPAY, an Internet media network that provided
advertisers with a unique and compelling value proposition through use of broadband-like
rich media.

His partners were Ericsson and Omnicom; CyberQuest, a full-service Internet development
company that focused its efforts on Internet commerce in the business-to-business
marketplace with one of the first commodity trading sites, www.bid4it.com. CyberQuest
went public in 1998, and he served as Chairman and CEO; Good Stuff Cheap (GSC),
a 1994 pioneer Internet-based retail site featured on the Discovery Channel; Action
Fax International, Inc., which is the largest public fax network in the world with
locations in airports globally; originator of the “home fax network” that was licensed
to GTE Telephone in 1993; and First National Computer Corporation, which pioneered
and became one of the largest PC rental firms in the United States. Mr. Sheriff’s
other prior positions included senior sales, marketing and management positions
with National Semiconductor, Northern Telecom, SYCOR, Inc. and SINGER. He is an
RFID+ Certified Professional.
Mr. Sheriff is an accomplished speaker at events and tradeshows, and he has authored
numerous industry articles. He is a 5th generation Denver native, received his education
at St. Thomas College and the University of Denver and has resided in Plano, Texas
since 1982. Automotive accomplishments: Restored 1976 Porsche 930 Turbo with 935
conversion. Built and engineered 1931 Ford Cabriolet with Chevrolet 350 V8, Mustang
independent front end, Jaquar independent rear end, disc brakes; 1940 Ford Coupe
with Chevrolet 350 V8, Mustang independent front end, tilt steering, Ford 9 in.
rear differential, disc brakes; 1976 Datzun 280Z with 450 HP Chevrolet V8, Powerglide
transmission, narrowed Ford 9 in. rear differential, Recaro interior.

Babak Fahimi

Dr. Babak Fahimi has received his Ph.D in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University in 1999. During 1999-2002 he was a research scientist at Electrostandards laboratories Inc. in Cranston, RI. Dr. Fahimi was with the department of electrical and computer engineering at University of Missouri-Rolla during 2002-2004 as an assistant Professor. He is the recipient of Richard M. Bass young power electronics investigator award from IEEE power electronics society in 2003, the Office of Naval Research young investigator award in 2004, and German academic exchange international fellowship in 1993-1995. He has authored over 80 technical papers, several book chapters including a chapter in the John Weily Encyclopedia on electrical and electronics engineering. He holds two US patents and has several pending. Dr. Fahimi is the editor for IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion, an associate editor for IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, and technical program chair for international

conference on electric machinery and drives, 2005 San Antonio, TX. He is also a senior member of IEEE as well as a member of society of automotive engineers (SAE).

In the 1980's Joe managed the National Accounts Sales Operations division of VMX, inc. the inventor of voice mail working with fortune 500's on a direct basis as well as indirect sales through very successful channel partner alliances.
In mid 90's founded his own professional services company focused on interactive voice response application development services for large National Accounts such as Texas Utilities (now Oncor) in the US and as well as numerous international customers and channel partnerships.
In the late 90's this company merged with a leading systems integrator serving the global voice processing industry. Joe became the EVP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development post merger. Terry Roberts

Co-founder of ArcAngel Technologies, Inc. He is responsible for development and
testing of automotive conversion product along with other company’s leading edge
technologies. Prior to joining ArcAngel Technologies, Mr. Roberts was the Chief
Information Officer for AirGATE Technologies, where he developed numerous RFID products
including a down hole oil exploration tool that utilizes radar over fiber optics
to map fractures that contains gas or oil. Mr. Roberts has more than 25 years in
engineering, developing and distributing complex technologies to business and government.
Mr. Roberts holds a BSEE in Electronic Engineering from University of Massachusetts.

Frank is a professional engineer with extensive automotive experience. Mr. Kwong worked with Mike Sheriff at AirGATE Technologies and developed the patented GenuDot™ Product Authentication System based on Hitachi’s RFID mu-chip. During his employment at General Motors as staff engineer, Body Department manager and Intranet IT manager, Frank has domestic and international experience. Frank retired from General Motors in and found ASP-db™ producing web based database software winning best database product of the year in 1987 and 1988.
